Today was a great day! Jerry Howe was baptized today! I have never seen anyone so old be baptized (Jerry is 74). The baptism went great, and afterwards Martha had a huge get together/reunion/party at their house. There was a lot of food. It was great. Now that Jerry is baptized it's time to get Martha going. Also today we received and contacted the most amazing referral! This morning we met the Zone Leaders in Antioch so I could borrow a DVD from them. In the 5 minute period that we talked to them, the phone went off, and we got a referral for a Bible. We didn't have a Bible so we asked the ZL's and they had one left. So they gave it to us and we called the referral (her name is Henrietta) and set up an appointment for tonight. At 7:30 pm we went to her house, she was home, we went in, and taught the most AMAZING first lesson! She is golden! She loved what we taught. She is super excited to read from the Book of Mormon and to have us back over.
