I had a great day at church today. It was one of those Sundays where you feel like the speakers are speaking directly to you. I had a lot of questions answered that I have been thinking about. Oh, and this morning, in the Sunset ward, a bishopric member asked me to speak like 5 minutes before Sacrament meeting started! My name was on the program and everything, he just forgot to call me this week and ask me! So, I spoke today and totally winged it! It was fun. But by far, the best part of the day was Matt Garcia came to church for the first time! He is doing so good! He showed up like 30 minutes early, and he told us that he couldn't wait to come. He is really feeling the spirit, and soaking it all in. He told us today that he has never felt so confident about life, since he's been taking the lessons. He's a miracle. After church we met with Stephanie Cores - pretty much the coolest less active member I've ever taught. She is a convert and has a super strong testimony, but just fell away. Satan works little by little...She is pretty much reactivating, and has the desire to do God's will. She is hilarious, and I love having lessons with her.
