Today was a great day! It was one of those days when 2 years doesn't seem long enough - where you want to be a missionary forever. SO first off, Jimmy Su was baptized yesterday! He was supposed to be baptized on June 5th, but we felt that he wasn't ready, so we pushed it back. Today in ward counsel, a member of the singles ward mentioned how in just 1 month's time, how much Jimmy has grown and how much light is in his countenance. It was a great day yesterday. So me and Elder Anderson spoke in church today. It went well. It was good, because we are both new to the Sunset ward, so it was a good way of introducing ourselves to the ward. I spoke on prayer and Elder Anderson spoke on faith. It was a bummer because our one and only investigator in the Sunset ward (Rex) didn't come, and we pretty much wrote our talks for him. So tonight we stopped by to see Rex and Tracy. They are so awesome. Rex is super prepared! His questions are the best. And Tracy (his girlfriend) has the best comments - she has a very strong testimony. We had a great lesson. It was just a great night. So a bit of horrible news. We lost Michelle! She visited her anti Mormon family in Canada and she no longer wants to meet with us or come to church.
