I was happy to talk with you yesterday! It was good to hear from Grandma Cook too, I am glad that she was there. Well, I hope that you had a wonderful Mothers Day! I am going to print off some pictures today, and hopefully send some home. I have a busy p-day today, because we are going to the DMV to get me a new drivers license! So I got the birth certificate from Elder Jackson, and it is like the real deal! So, when I am done with it, I will just send it back, right? I hope I don't fail the written test!
So I forgot to tell you yesterday that on Saturday morning it was Mormon Helping Hands Day! All over California wards did service projects in their community. Our ward went to a park in Pittsburg and planted trees and flowers, painted benches and tables and picked up trash along the creek that runs through the park. It was fun. After the service project we had a ward picnic. Then that night was Tuis baptism! Since Tui lives with Tongans (and she is part Tongan) after her baptism, we had a feast! They made so much food! It was a good day.
Yup, so things are great. I hope that you all have a great week!
