I have never felt so sore in my life! The run on Thursday tore my legs apart. It's been hard getting in and out of the car, and walking up stairs. Tonight I'll get a good sleep - an extra hour at it, because it's daylight savings time. Today went well. We started the day off with a little Saturday morning tracting. Then at 11:00 am we took our investigator Lavon Starick to the Visitor's Center. She is an older lady (in her 60's) and she has been through a lot in her life. Her husband died, her sister was murdered with a hatchet a few months ago, er nephew has cancer and only has a few months to live, and her mother could go any day as well. At the temple she really felt peace. She said it really felt calm. She was soaking everything in. We watched the Joseph Smith movie (downstairs in the Family History Center because the other theaters were full). I was so tired that I fell asleep for most of it! But Lavon really enjoyed it. Then later today we had a lesson with Bill Scott, who has a baptism date for next weekend. He's very sincere, but has a very hard time understanding the scriptures.
I'm still adjusting to everything over here. It's a lot different than being in the city. I really miss it.
