Wow, things have been going great! We have really been seeing a lot of miracles. Our investigator Alexa McCracken is doing great and ready to be baptized next week. Her interview is set up for tomorrow night. The ward has done a really great job of fellowshipping her. We've also been teaching another super prepared investigator this past week and a half, named Veronica Dominguez. She is awesome. Her story is very similar to Alexa's - she was introduced to the church by her friend (Brianna Vanhooven who invited her to come to church), who is leaving soon (going to BYU-I), and her mom is also very opposed to her learning about the church. Veronica told us that the first time she came to church she felt a peace that she had never felt before. She has been super receptive. A few days ago we taught her while on exchanges (I was with Elder Hildabrandt in our area) and we invited her to be baptized. She said yes and began to cry. She was so happy! It was a great lesson. We teach her at the Vanhooven's house in Lafayette.
